Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused with all original tags attached. Sale items are final sale. For hygiene reasons, hair scrunchies cannot be returned. Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing once we receive your return.
